Return & Refund
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
– Gift cards
– Items purchased on sale or with a discount
– Opened or used products (unless they are defective)
Return Process:
– Contact our customer service team at returns@skinzone.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
– We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
– Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
– Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refund Timeline: Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

– Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
